Eddy Paul Thomas is an executive coach and organizational strategist who helps senior leaders perform at a high level without sacrificing clarity, culture, or personal sustainability.

With more than twenty years of cross-sector leadership experience, Eddy works with executives, founders, and senior teams navigating growth, transition, burnout, and organizational complexity. His approach integrates conscious leadership, systems thinking, performance psychology, and trauma-informed awareness to help leaders operate

with both strategic precision and emotional intelligence.

Eddy’s background in crisis response and mental health leadership informs his ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. He served on the University of Louisville Emergency Psychiatric Services Team and led the Mental Health Outreach Division at Seven Counties Services. That experience sharpened his capacity to remain steady in volatility, assess complex systems quickly, and support individuals making consequential decisions under stress.

A former NCAA Big Ten Champion at Purdue and championship women’s college basketball coach, Eddy understands elite performance environments. He brings firsthand knowledge of team culture, accountability, resilience, and execution under pressure into the boardroom.

Eddy holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and several critical mental health support certifications. His clients engage him to:
